Meet Robin
Robin Mitchell is passionate about empowering you to live your most authentic and meaningful life. She holds an M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University and a B.S. in Psychology from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania and is a Licensed Professional Counselor.
Specializing in work with older teenagers and adults, Robin supports clients dealing with low self-esteem, challenges in emotional regulation, and struggles in interpersonal connections. She also has extensive experience working with ADHD, high functioning autism, as well as navigating life transitions such as divorce and grief. Having worked with adults with developmental disabilities and at-risk youth—and drawing on her personal insights from parenting a child with ADHD—she brings both expertise and empathy to her practice.
Outside of therapy, she loves spending time with friends and family, cooking, traveling, and enjoying life with her dog.
