Approach to Therapy

Tina believes that life inevitably takes us through some valleys where, at times, it may feel like we cannot see the horizon. Traveling through our challenges allows for opportunities to identify old patterns that are not helpful, or core beliefs that are not based in truth. Tina believes that we were created for healing and renewal, and that when we move through our challenges, we have the opportunity to gain new insight and perspective. Tina desires to provide a safe and caring environment where we can work together to develop new approaches to finding wholeness and fulfillment in your life journey.

Tina received her Master of Arts degree in Counseling from Eastern University in St. Davids, PA in 2013.   She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology from Simon Fraser University, located in Burnaby, British Columbia, in 1986. She is currently working toward licensure under the supervision of Dr. Carmen Morrison.
